Fatima Group - $2B in assets, 6,500+ employees, 120+ facilities across Pakistan - had no digital system for tracking who was on their sites at any given time. Visitors, contractors, township residents, vehicles - all managed on paper.
Security teams at gate checkpoints processed every visitor manually. Guest houses across 120 locations operated independently with no centralized booking. Vehicle access required manual verification, creating queues of 10+ minutes at peak times. And 6,000+ employees had no visibility into their own guest house charges - payroll deductions were error-prone and disputed 50+ times per month.
The paper trail was massive: millions of gate slips, booking forms, and vehicle logs generated annually. Fatima Group had committed to WWF environmental certification for paperless operations - but couldn't get there without a complete digital transformation of facility management.

We built three integrated platforms under one centralized administration layer - each capable of operating independently or as a complete suite.
Gate Slip Management digitized visitor registration with CNIC verification and QR code-based tracking. E-Tag Management automated vehicle access using IR scanner tags on windscreens - instant verification as vehicles enter and exit, eliminating manual gate processing entirely. Guest House Management centralized 120+ locations into a single booking platform with room-level availability, automated meal tracking, and direct payroll integration for salary deductions.
Our designer built an intuitive interface for 6,000+ users across 120 locations — from security guards scanning visitors to executives reviewing analytics. Our PM managed multi-phase delivery across biometric integration, vehicle tracking, and guest house management simultaneously.
The system was built modular by design. Each module can be deployed independently or together. Centralized admin controls access rights across all three. The architecture supports new locations and new modules without rearchitecting.
