The backend pipeline scrapes WSP collision data daily, enriches records with phone numbers and addresses, and pushes clean leads to a centralized database. The frontend gives managers a real-time command center and employees a one-click outreach portal with browser-based calling and SMS.
Our designer built an intuitive interface with one-click calling and SMS, reducing the outreach team's workflow from multiple tools to a single portal. Our PM scoped the automation workflow, coordinating scraping, enrichment, and frontend development to deliver in just 8 weeks.
The system was delivered in 8 weeks by a pre-integrated team: PM scoped the workflow, designer created the UI, two developers built the pipeline and frontend, CTO reviewed architecture at every milestone.
