Mini Lessons Academy had a vision: let any educator create a professional online course from their existing materials — without the weeks of manual work it normally takes.
The e-learning market is crowded, but most platforms force creators into one of two boxes. Simple tools limit what you can build. Complex platforms require a technical team just to get started. Neither option works for teachers, corporate trainers, and subject matter experts who have deep knowledge but limited time.
MLA needed a platform where a creator could upload a PDF, describe what they wanted, and get a complete course — with structured modules, quizzes, and a landing page — in minutes instead of months. And it needed to handle payments, student management, analytics, and multi-tier subscriptions from day one.
The technical challenge was equally demanding: build a multi-agent AI system capable of analyzing documents, designing curriculum, generating content, and creating assessments — all while maintaining educational quality and contextual accuracy from the source materials.

We built a complete AI-powered course creation platform from the ground up — a full-stack system spanning 98,000+ lines of code across 3 frontend apps, 2 backend servers, a vector database, and an AI microservice.
The centerpiece is an agentic AI system powered by LangGraph and GPT-4. Creators upload their documents, describe their course goal, and the AI handles the rest: analyzing content, designing curriculum structure, writing lessons, and generating quizzes with explanations. Course generation takes under 60 seconds.
Our designer created distinct portals for students, teachers, and parents — each optimized for their specific workflows. Our PM managed feature prioritization across three user types, ensuring each release delivered value to all stakeholders.
The platform ships with everything an EdTech business needs: student portal with progress tracking, teacher dashboard with content management, Stripe payment integration with multi-tier subscriptions, landing page builder, certificate generation, and analytics — all designed, built, and deployed by one integrated DevsComet team.
